 Manufacturer warranties vary from 1-5 years, but
no matter how long the warranty all products
need to be serviced twice a year to remain
within their terms and conditions. The cost of
maintenance can be far less than the cost of a
critical breakdown, prevention is always better
than cure.

Servicing |

Effective Air, operate a call out service for
its clients who do not have any maintenance
 cover and who prefer to pay for time and
materials in a breakdown situation.
We will try to respond within 8 hours and may
even be able to rectify the situation without a
site visit. All of our engineers have the
correct levels of accreditation to ensure a
smooth and quick result.
Customers may prefer to take out a maintenance
contract to avoid unexpected expense. Please
refer to our maintenance details above.

Survey |
|
Our site surveys are a free service in which we
ascertain the correct size and position of units
 required for optimal air distribution. We take
into account lots of governing factors such as,
solar gain, electrical power, number of windows,
computer equipment, lighting, people, air
changes per hour (open door policies etc), to
ensure we offer you the most cost effective
solution to your air conditioning needs.
After completion of the survey we will send
you a prompt quotation outlining your exact
requirements.

Environmental Disposal |
|
Due to the Kyoto Protocol and
UK Government legislation, it is now illegal to
dump refrigeration and air conditioning
equipment. Prior to being sent for disposal, all
systems must have the refrigerant reclaimed and
disposed of by a registered/regulated HVAC
engineer.
Effective Air can provide all
the necessary services and equipment to ensure
safe and effective disposal of these materials,
keeping the environment/ozone intact.
